Zohal Khan is a staff attorney with the Public Health Law Center’s Commercial Tobacco Control Program.

Before joining the Center, Zohal worked in the field of nonprofit immigration, mainly by providing legal information to individuals detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). She has also represented asylum applicants appearing before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in Arlington, Virginia.
