Tom Pryor is a Staff Attorney with the Public Health Law Center, providing legal technical assistance on commercial tobacco control issues to public health professionals and organizations in California and throughout the United States.
Prior to joining the Public Health Law Center, Tom was an associate attorney in Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath’s business litigation group, representing clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts nationwide. At Faegre, Tom focused on appellate litigation and pro bono work, representing indigent clients and working with public interest and advocacy organizations to protect civil rights and liberties. Tom has also clerked on the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and taught law and pre-law courses as an adjunct professor.
