State-Specific Resources

The Public Health Law Center works in Tribal, federal, state, and local settings across the U.S., but through certain contracts, works more specifically in certain states. Our Commercial Tobacco Control team works in Minnesota through a contract with the Minnesota Department of Health, works in California in partnership with American Lung Association in California through a contract with the California Department of Public Health, and works in New York through a contract with the New York State Department of Health. Our Healthy Eating Active Living team does work in Kansas through contracts with the Kansas Health Foundation and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas.
