Public Health Law Center staff will present a 60-minute webinar on key commercial tobacco control policies announced in Governor Kathy Hochul’s recent State of the State address. The bulk of the discussion will focus on the Governor’s proposed cigarette excise tax increase and the restriction on the sale of flavored tobacco products. The webinar will include a Q&A session and time for discussion with attendees.
