Luke is a staff attorney with the Public Health Law Center's Commercial Tobacco Control Program. He provides technical assistance for California and is part of the Center's FDA team.
Prior to joining the Center, his experience included private practice, time under an Equal Justice America fellowship at Harvard's Center for Health Law Policy and Innovation, and work for the University of Minnesota's Consortium on Law and Values in Health, Environment, and the Life Sciences. He volunteered at a medical-legal partnership while in law school and was Senior Articles Editor on law review. He holds graduate degrees in philosophy and history, and his work has received several awards, including the Stinson Leonard Street Law Review Memorial Award as well as support from the Upper-Midwest Human Rights Program and the American Society for Legal History.
