Health is more than healthcare. While hospitals across the country continue to remove sugary drinks and promote healthier alternatives, many have moved beyond their walls to also help improve health in their communities. For some, this means becoming advocates for state and local policy changes. For others, it means helping fellow employers implement similar improvements to their food and beverage environments.

Join the Public Health Law Center and American Cancer Society in exploring how hospitals and health systems are improving food and beverage environments inside and out. In addition to highlighting examples of healthy beverage initiatives, the presenters will discuss successful community engagement and advocacy efforts by health systems to promote positive policy and systems change across their communities, and the unique role a health plan can play in helping clients improve their food and beverage environments.

This webinar is the last in a four-part series on creating healthier food and beverage environments in hospitals and healthcare settings.
